Gratings having a cellular structure, 20% consists of metal, the rest is empty airspace. Due to its shape, which resembles a honeycomb, such a product is distinguished by high reliability and strength, and also allows it to withstand a load of up to 700 kilograms.

Cellular flooring is used in the arrangement of staircases, which contributes to significant savings compared with the use of a whole metal sheet, helps to lighten the entire structure without losing high strength.

The simplest type of coating are galvanized steel sheets. In fact, they are the forerunners of modern metal. Floors made of hot-dip galvanized steel come with or without polymer coating. The waves on the sheets may vary in height and shape (trapezoidal, sinusoidal or rounded).

Features of the profiled sheet
